On June 29th, 2019. International Support for Uyghurs (ISU) joined Turkish festival at Jarry Park in Montreal. International Support for Uyghurs was one of the communities to participate in this event. This was a multicultural event. We, Uyghurs, designed our tent with Uyghur cultural stuff. This year, our veteran activist Mrs. Tamara also participated with her daughter Dr. Adalat. Dr. Adalat's dance thrilled everyone at the festival. People amazed by learning more about Uyghur culture. this event gave us a great opportunity not only to introduce Uyghur culture, but also to explain our current situation to the public. Everyone at the park enjoyed Uyghur foods and Uyghur dance. Among our visitors, there was also Turkish consul general, Mr. Deniz Barkan Omruk. We really appreciate for his kindness.
